FAQ

The things people ask us most before they book. Anything missing, just write.

Email the team

What does a ticket include?

Both days, all three tracks, lunch and coffee on both days, and access to talk recordings within two weeks of the event. Standard and Team tickets include the closing party on Thursday evening. Early bird guests can add it at the registration desk for $45.

Can I transfer my ticket or get a refund?

Name swaps are free until 1 March 2027. Refunds are 100% until 18 February, 50% until 4 March, and after that we can transfer the ticket to a colleague but not refund it.

Will the talks be recorded?

Every session on all three tracks is recorded with captions. Attendees get the videos within two weeks, and they go public 90 days later.

Is the venue accessible?

Yes. The entrance and all three rooms are step-free, Main Stage has live captions, and the front rows of every room are reserved for guests who need them. If you need something specific, tell us by 1 March and we will arrange it.
